Returns & Exchanges

At TeeTurtle, we want you to love your new gear, so if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely package your items in the original mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
